9. Any racist slurs / sexism / offensive religious beliefs in chat or through mic will not be tolerated. it can equal a kick or a ban.
10. No hacking or exploiting of any kind will not be tolerated, it will equal a ban.
11. No prop surfing / prop killing.

13. You are allowed to block off streets if you own all the doors and you have at least 2 more people basing with you, and you may only block off certain streets on the map (They will be marked which ones you may use).
14. Heavy rages / offensive insults will not be tolerated.

16. You are allowed to kill hobos if they are using bug baiting.
17. Do not ask a staff member for staff powers. go to the forums to apply for staff.
18. Do not ask admins for money printers / weapons / cars etc.
19. Do not job abuse, for example: the Mayor cannot make a law saying "if you see this person kill them".
20. No body blocking is allowed.
21. Don't ask for a staff position, you will get them if you have applied and we trust you.
22. Camera spamming is not allowed unless the person is fine with it.
23. Flashlight spamming is not allowed unless the person is fine with it.
24. All government jobs are allowed to base within the Police Station.
25. Every job is allowed to counter-raid unless if the raid is by the government.
1. Anyone who is not part of the base being raided is near the vicinity of base may be killed by the raiders.
2. You cannot raid someone if they have a sign on their building that says "building".
3. You do not need a raid reason unless you are a cop.
4. You must wait 10 minutes before raiding the same person or another person.
5. The cops may arrest you or kill you during a raid.
6. You must wait 5 minutes to return to your base after being raided.
1. You can only mug someone for 3,500 max.
2. You can only mug the same person every 10 minutes
4. You can only mug a different person every 5 minutes.

1. Each base that has a fading door must have a button or a keypad connected to that fading door(s).
2. If a base has two or more entrances you may prop-block one entrance without a fading door.
3. If a base has only one entrance it cannot be prop-blocked.

1. Arm Dealer's have to sell weapons to everybody.
2. Arm Dealer's have to have a shop.
3. Arm Dealer's can only base with themselves.
4. Arm Dealer's can only self supply if they are the only Arm Dealer online.
5. Arm Dealer's may not raid.
6. Arm Dealer's may not trick people into paying high prices for a weapon, unless the reason is for profit.
7. Arm Dealer's are allowed to have a shop with a Black Market Dealer / Medic / Another Arm Dealer.

1. Medics are only allowed to base by themselves.
2. Medics can either have a shop where they sell heals or they go around asking for them.
3. A Medic is allowed to charge money for heals or do it for free.
4. Medics may not raid.
5. Medics may not team with the government.
6. Medics are allowed to make a shop with another Medic / Gun Dealer / Black Market Dealer
7. Medics can only charge up to 500 dollars for a heal.
. Medics may also charge in increments, say $50 for 10 health.

1. The President may have a Garage at the warehouse to the right of the PD for all jobs of government only.
2. The President may not have Printers / Drugs.
3. The President may have guns.
4. The President may not issue Lock-Downs without a valid reason (Reason must be in advert).
5. The President may set a price for Gun Licenses
6. The price for Gun Licenses can only be up to $750.00
7. If the President requests money for a gun license and the player pays the President has to give the player a Gun License.

2. Hobos may not block off streets unless they have a team of 2 more Hobos.

5. Police Officer's cannot protect the mayor directly only if someone is shooting / kidnapping the mayor etc. can you kill the person.
6. If you see a black market dealer selling guns you may arrest the player.
7. If you see a Arms Dealer selling guns without a gun license with a Mayor on. you may give him a warning. and if he does it again you may arrest him.
